PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draw-out stand and a transfer stand for a home electric appliance which make it possible to safely draw out a washing machine as the home electric appliance installed on a waterproof pan to the front of the waterproof pan.SOLUTION: A draw-out stand 1 used when a home electric appliance on a base is drawn out to the front of the base comprises: a draw-out stand body 2; an extension stand 3 separate from the draw-out stand body 2; and a carriage 4 for placing the home electric appliance thereon. The draw-out stand body 2 has a travel path 2a for allowing the carriage 4 to travel thereon. The extension stand 3 has a travel path for allowing the carriage 4 to travel thereon and is configured so as to be connectable to the draw-out stand body 2 in such a manner that the travel path 2a of the draw-out stand body 2 and the travel path of the extension stand 3 are connected without a level difference. In addition, a transfer stand comprises: a transfer stand body 11 having an approximately reverse U-shaped block form; and a handling body 12.
