Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawer guide fixture capable of satisfactorily bear a load and ensuring the differential rolling on a rail and satisfactory guide. SOLUTION: Each side of a drawer has respectively an outside support rail 5, a box side rail 6 for a drawer and a central rail 7 disposed between both rails 5, 6. Travelling rollers 9, 11 for transmitting a drawer load between the rails 5, 6, 7 are provided. Control rollers supported in the central part of the length of the central rail roll on the upside travelling belly part 24 of the support rail 5 and the travelling belly part 22 of the rail 6 for the drawer. The central rail 7 is constituted to be provided only with a travelling belly part 25. The central rail 7 is supported on the support rail 5 by the travelling roller 9 supported by the rear end of the central rail 7. A sliding block made of plastics is disposed in the front end of the support rail 5 and the central rail 7 is guided laterally through the sliding block. The rail for the drawer can travel on the central rail 7 by the sliding block provided on the rail 6 for the drawer.
