Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide casting method, which can repeatedly use a casting mold and is available even to a large casting.
CONSTITUTION: After inserting a straight tube part 8 in the funnel type casting mold 5 into fluidized casting sand bed, fluidization of the casting sand is stopped, and molten metal 10 for casting is supplied into inner part of the above casting mold 5. The casting mold 5 is drawn out of the not fluidized casting sand bed 2A and while forming a casting space 11 in the not fluidized casting sand bed 2A, the molten metal 10 in the casting mold 5 is cast into this space 11.
