Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a drawing device for beer barrel by which the inside can be washed without disassembly, beer is steadily drawn under aseptic conditions, and the handling of microorganisms is easy.
CONSTITUTION: A drawing device is used for a beer barrel 1 having a valve that opens when it is forced into a mouth 2. In the drawing device, a drawing pipe 28 which is freely pushed by a handle operation passes through a drawing device body 21, which can be fixed to the mouth 2, so as to slide up and down, and a diaphragm 32 stretches between the periphery of the drawing pipe 28 and the part higher than the a drawing opening 27 made in the side of the drawing device body 21. With the aid of the diaphragm 32, the drawing mouth 27 and the sliding part of the drawing pipe 28 are hermetically separated.
