Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the number of layers and to effectively utilize them by registering elements on an element record while applying an identification number and a user type for each element, and outputting only the desired type from the desired identification number as a group.
CONSTITUTION: Corresponding to the inputs of the identification number and user type of the element, a registration processing part 3 registers this element respectively on the column of the identification number and the column of the user type in an element record 6, and the elements are managed while being divided into groups corresponding to the identification numbers and the user types. On the other hand, the element record 6 provided with the coincident output number and the coincident user type is discovered by a retrieval processing part 4 corresponding to an output instruction designating the identification number and the user type, and element data in this element record 6 are extracted and outputted. Namely, only the elements provided with the desired identification number and the desired user type are outputted as a group by designating the identification number and the user type at the time of outputting.
