To perform the drawing of excellent accuracy by arranging a fixed cutting blade on the outer side of a product, and arranging a movable cutting blade on the inner side of the product.

A product 11 (a product narrow in flange width) which is formed through drawing is placed on a lower die 16. An upper die 17 is lowered to hold the product 11 between the upper die and the lower die. A cam driver 15 is lowered, the tension cam 14 is pulled closer to the cam driver side 15, and the product 11 is finish-drawn by a movable cutting blade 13 which is moved together with the tension cam 14 and a fixed cutting blade 12. Then, the cam driver 15 is elevated, and the upper die 17 is elevated to detach the product 11 from the lower die 16. When the cam driver 15 is elevated, the tension cam 14 is returned to the original position through urging of a spring. A scrap chute 19 is arranged on the tension cam 14. The strength of the cutting blade can be secured thereby even when the flange width of the product is small.
