To provide a drawing management method and a program for enabling a user to efficiently select his or her desired drawing from among registered drawings.
On basis of the registration instruction of drawing data from a user, a user terminal 20 generates data for display(image data) by raster data about the drawing data and a thumb nail, and transmits registration request data including them to a drawing management server 40. The drawing management server 40 which has received the registration request data registers a drawing file and thumb nail management data and data for display management data in a drawing management data storage part 41 while they are associated with each other. Then, when the folder is selected on a picture in the user terminal 20, the thumb nail associated with the selected folder is displayed. Then, when the thumb nail is selected, and the display of the data for display is requested, the data for display associated with the selected thumb nail are displayed.
