Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extending and inverting machine that is able to remove curling of underlay paper and securely solve a problem caused by the curling.SOLUTION: An extending and inverting device 1 is based on the premise that prior to extending and inverting fabric S with a carriage 14 moving forward and backward on an extending and inverting table 12, underlay paper D from a roll of underlay paper is drawn in an advancing direction of the carriage 14 by a drawing mechanism 20 on the extending and inverting table 12. The drawing mechanism 20 comprises: cutting means 23 provided on a moving body 22 and configured to cut the underlay paper D as a moving body 22 moves in a width direction orthogonal to the direction in which the carriage 14 advances, in a plane parallel to the extending and inverting table; and correcting means 24 provided upstream of the cutting means 23 of the moving body 22 in the direction in which the carriage 14 advances, and configured to make a correction such that the leading end of the underlay paper D cut by the cutting means 23 is separated from the extending and inverting table 12 upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
