Abstract:
To provide a drawing method which can improve the yield rate of a raw material and avoid inferior quality of surface in which a shape mark of a draw bead is formed at a portion on a product surface in a molding panel.SOLUTION: A drawing method comprises: a punch 1; a die 2; and a wrinkle-pressing part 3, and a peripheral part of the die and the wrinkle-pressing part hold a raw material. The wrinkle-pressing part includes: a wrinkle pressing base 3D pressed toward a die side; and a movable wrinkle-pressing part 31 which is formed movably between a retreat position and an advance position while being supported by the wrinkle-pressing base. The die includes a movable die part 21 which is formed movably with the movable wrinkle-pressing part from the retreat position to the advance position. A movable draw bead 3a is formed at a portion where the movable die part and the movable wrinkle-pressing part hold the raw material. The movable die part and the movable wrinkle-pressing part hold an outer edge portion of the raw material at the retreat position when draw molding is started, and move to the advance position when the draw molding is completed while restraining a slip of the raw material at the movable draw bead.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
