Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the drawing preparing device which can execute preparation of a drawing from a circuit diagram to a panel drawing or vice versa without executing preparation of a parts list, etc., by a manual work.
CONSTITUTION: A parts extracting part 30 fetches a necessary part group from a parts list preparation auxiliary data storage part 20 and a circuit diagram data storage part 22. An arrangement order setting part 32 arranges the fetched parts in the order of arrangement, and allows a parts list storage part 24 to store them as a parts list. A character/graphic display part 34 displays the parts on a CRT 18, based on data stored in a parts graphic storage part 26, in the order of the part list. An operator arranges the parts, while looking at the CRT 18. The abovementioned operation is executed until the arrangement of all parts is finished. In such a way, an artificial error does not occur at the time of arranging the parts of a panel, and design reliability is improved.
