Abstract:
To provide a drawing and rolling method of a pipe capable of reducing the squarioh inward of a pipe so as not to enlarge crop and flaws on the surface of the pipe, and require a complicated mechanism.
In the drawing and rolling method of pipe 1 using a reducer in which a stand having a plurality of caliber rollers 2 is arranged tandent, one or more stands are used as designated stands. One of the opposite face (outlet side flange) 5 of a roll frange of the designated stand outlet side pipe, the opposite face (outlet side caliber bottom) 6 of the roll caliber bottom of the designated stand outlet side pipe, and the opposite face (inlet side flange) 7 of the roll flange of the designated stand inlet side pipe, is water-cooled 4.
