CONSTITUTION: The unit is provided with a first operating means 10 equipped at the tip end with a bit 15 that can be welded on the surface of a metal sheet, a second operating means 20 which is equipped with a supporting part 50 for supporting the first operating means 10 freely rotatably and is capable of manually pulling up and operating the first operating means 10, and a stand body 90 for pivotally supporting the second operating means 20. A cord connecting part 11B for connecting an electric power cord is formed in the first operating means 10. The second operating means 20 is constituted of a main lever 30, second lever 40 and a connecting arm 60 that connects the main lever 30 and the second lever 40.
