PURPOSE: To carry soil and sand of the bottom under water up to the water surface by a method in which air in non-compressed state is given only the long axial vector of a pipeline and sent to underwater end of the pipeline in such a way as to form a stable swirl air flow inside the pipeline.
CONSTITUTION: One end of a pipeline is set under water in such a way as to position the other end of the pipeline on the surface of water. Air in non-compressed state is given only practically long-axial vector of the pipeline and sent into the end under water of the pipeline. A stable swirl air flow which advances in the long-axial direction of the pipeline with swirl flow in relation to the cross section of the pipeline is formed inside the pipeline, and soil of the bottom under water is sent into the swirl air flow region and carried to the other end of the pipeline. The structure of the device can thus be simplified, and soil and sand can be easily moved under water while separating soil from water.
