PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dress shirt with a fastener, capable of being easily worn even by an aged or physically handicapped person with disabled hands.SOLUTION: In a dress shirt with a fastener, decorative buttons 5 are attached to a placket 1, and holes 6 for the decorative buttons are formed.
