Abstract:
To provide a dried food for yoghurt capable of retaining fruit feeling and plant feeling without easily absorbing water when added to yoghurt to be simply mixed with the yoghurt, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing a dried food for yoghurt, comprising a first mixing step (A) of mixing processed starch, sugar, starch syrup, a plant-derived sample, and water, a second mixing step (B) of mixing an expanding agent with a matter obtained in the first mixing step to prepare a raw material, a microwave processing step (C) of molding the raw material and then subjecting it to microwave heating and drying treatment to control a moisture content of the raw material to 10 to 16%, a cutting step (D) of cutting the raw material obtained in the microwave processing step to a predetermined size, and a drying step (F) of drying the raw material obtained in the cutting step to control a moisture content thereof to 2 to 4%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
