Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dried microbial cell or a composition containing the dried cell such as medicines or foods by which the death or injury of the microbial cells can be suppressed to maintained at a high survival rate of the microbial cells, and to provide a single micron-sized dried microbial cell having a large microbial cell number per unit weight and capable of being easily formed into the medicines or foods.
SOLUTION: This method for producing the single micron-sized dried microbial cell comprises drying single micron-sized sprayed liquid drops with drying air. And the single micron-sized dried microbial cell is also provided.
