Abstract:
To optimize a sorting destination of defective dried laver to be accumulated in a plurality of defective product buckets differing in capacity to level treatment frequency of the defective dried laver and enable a collection route for each of defect types of the defective dried laver to be changed according to an occurrence number or occurrence frequency of each of the defect types.SOLUTION: A dried laver inspection accumulation device includes: dried laver conveyance devices 1, 1'; a dried laver inspection device 2 which inspects each of sheets of dried laver to distinguish non-defective products and each of defect types; sorting members 3 to 5, 3' to 5' which sort the dried laver into conveyance through a non-defective product route or conveyance through any of a plurality of defective product routes according to a distinction result of the non-defective products or any of the defect types; a sorting member control device 13 which controls their action; and correspondence change means which changes correspondence between the defect types and the defective product routes and defective product buckets. Defective product buckets L1, R1 of the defective product buckets have a larger capacity than the other defective product buckets L2, L3, R2, R3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
