To provide a drier capable of uniformly drying objects to be dried housed in a housing chamber inside a rotary drum.
In a washing and drying machine W for supplying drying air into the housing chamber 10 constituted inside an inner tub drum 5 and executing the drying operation of the objects to be dried housed inside the housing chamber 10, discharge ports 9A and 16A for discharging the drying air are formed on both sides in a rotary shaft direction of the inner tub drum 5. In this case, the discharge port 9A formed on one side of the rotary shaft of the inner tub drum 5, the discharge port 16A formed on the other side, and a duct member 16 projectingly provided on the inner wall of the inner tub drum 5 for guiding the drying air from one side of the rotary shaft of the inner tub drum 5 to the discharge port 16A on the other side are provided.
