Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydration device for improving flowability of watery substance and improving its dehydration efficiency.SOLUTION: This invention comprises: a dehydration chamber 13 where watery substance 6 is dehydrated; watery substance supply means 16, 17; discharging means 21 for discharging watery substance; heating means 31; exhaust means 19 for exhausting vapor; flowing medium supply means 23, 24, 26, 27, 34, 35 for injecting flowing medium into the dehydration chamber and liquefying watery substance; and a plurality of dividing walls 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41 for dividing the chamber into a plurality of dehydration sub-chambers 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52 so as to cause the adjoining dehydration sub-chambers flowing watery substance in upward or downward direction to be communicated to each other at upper part or lower part. The flowing medium supply means has wind boxes 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60 and 61 formed at the bottom part of the dehydration chamber, the flowing medium is supplied for every divided wind boxes in correspondence with each of the dehydration chambers, and a supply amount of flowing medium in respect to the dehydration sub-chambers where water substance flows down is made to be less than a supply amount of flowing medium flowing upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
