Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the quality of paper and separation of the paper from drier rolls and to remarkably decrease broken paper by removing a non- constrained part from wet paper between drier rolls.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of upper and lower felt runs are installed on plural arranged drier rolls 2 in the drier of a paper machine, and the wet paper is transferred in a state nipped between the two felt runs 3, 3 at least in the straight running section of the wet paper 1 not wound on the rolls 2.
