Abstract:
To provide a drill bit for a printed wiring board for drilling a hole on a plurality of laminated printed wiring boards in only one drilling process and to improve roughness of an inner face of the drilled hole.
This drill bit for drilling a hole on the laminated printed wiring boards includes a flute part 20 forming a cutting edge of a drill on its outer peripheral face and coming into contact with a work material to form the hole, a reamer part 30 extended to a rear end of the flute part 20 and provided with one cutting edge 31 or more of a reamer for finishing the inner face of the drilled hole, and a shank part 10 extended to a rear end of the reamer part 30 and mounted on a machine tool.
