Abstract:
To markedly extends a durable life by appropriately protecting fluid springs combined with a suction means from contamination, and maintain functional characteristics of the whole of a device for a long time.
This drill device is equipped with a housing 1, a suction means 14, and two fluid springs 2 and 3 mutually connected to each other. The fluid springs 2 and 3 are at least partially housed inside opening parts 15 and 16, to which the housing 1 corresponding respectively, and furthermore, these springs are combined with the suction means 14. These fluid springs 2 and 3 are disposed in such a way that the first fluid spring 2 is extended first, and the second fluid spring 3 is then extended thereafter.
