PURPOSE: To provide a drill grinding device capable of preventing formation of roundness on a grinding wheel without providing an adjustment device.

CONSTITUTION: A drill grinding device with a grinding wheel provided around a center axis 1 is provided with a conical grinding surface 8 and drill guide members 11, 12 opposite the grinding surface with guide channels 13 which are parallel to the center axis for guiding the drills to the grinding surface. The guide channels almost make contact with the periphery 14 of an imaginary cylinder shape being concentric with the center axis, the periphery of the imaginary cylinder shape making contact with the end of the grinding surface close to the drill guide members. Formation of roundness on the grinding wheel due to wear is avoided by the grinding surface 8 forming a point-angled edge 10 at its end close to the drill guide members 11, 12, together with the following surface portion 9 of the grinding wheel 7.
