Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill screw stay which functions as an attachment member capable of firmly attaching to a framework member whose position is not necessarily clear in an existing building and an installation method of a pedestal or a boiler equipment using this.SOLUTION: The method of arranging the boiler equipment according to the present invention is performed by fixing a drill screw stay to a framework member through an exterior plate member of a building having the exterior plate member attached to the framework member, and forming a mounting base by fixing a base plate with member attachment means of the drill screw stay, and fixing and installing a piping and a chimney on the mounting base, where the drill screw stay comprises a cylindrical body whose one end opening is closed with a perforated plate and whose other end is open, and a mounting plate having the member attachment means at the other end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
