Abstract:
To provide a drill screw for a thin plate in which proper fastening strength can be obtained by forming burring with the required height and continuously forming threads even in an extremely thin metal plate.SOLUTION: Each of a drill part 2 for drilling, a tapered curved surface part 3 that is tapered rearward without forming a screw, and a screw part 4 having a male screw is formed continuously from a tip of a drill screw. Also, the screw part 4 may have a tapered screw surface 41 formed at the same taper angle as the tapered curved surface part 3 at a tip side portion adjacent to the tapered curved surface part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
