To provide a drill shape measuring apparatus which can quickly and accurately measure the shape of the edge of a drill by an inexpensive constitution.

The drill shape measuring apparatus is to measure the shape of the edge of the drill 12. The apparatus is equipped with a holding means 14 which holds the drill 12 to be rotatable around the axis 13, a measuring block 23 which is movable along the axial direction of the drill 12 and rotatable around a shaft 25 intersecting the axis 13 of the drill 12 perpendicularly and comes into contact with a cutting edge 24 of the tip of the drill 12, an angle detecting means 28 which detects an angle of the cutting edge 24 of the tip of the drill 12, based on a rotational angle of the measuring block 23 around the shaft 25 intersecting the axis 13 of the drill 12 perpendicularly, and a position detecting means 29 which detects a position h of the cutting edge 24 the tip of the drill 12 on the basis of the position of the measuring block 23 with respect to the axial direction of the drill 12.
