Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate grinding which does not need skill and experience by oscillating a drill holder device in such a manner as to be pressed to a grinder grinding surface at a designated angle and rotating a drill tip to be ground, interlocking with oscillation by an oscillating and rotating mechanism of the drill tip.
CONSTITUTION: When a grip member 8 is manually pushed down, the rear end of a drill holder device support table 7 is lowered, and a drill tip 12 fitted to the forward end is raised to be pressed to a grinder grinding surface 21 from below. At this time, as a support rod 4 is fixed only at one side thereof on a support table 3, the support rod is pushed in the opposite direction (of an arrow) to the direction of the grinder 2 and the motion is transmitted to a horizontal support rod 5 to be pushed in the same direction. Thus, the lower part of a connecting rod 6 supported by a support point 23 is also pushed in the same direction, and the upper part of the connecting rod 6 is pushed toward the grinder 2 to lift up a slider groove means 9. Thus, a slide bearing support 11 is moved upward, and a socket 10 is rotated through a rotary gear and a rack bearing to rotate the drill tip 12 fixed to the socket clockwise.
