A drill tip grinding device is provided with a drill holding part 2 which holds a drill 1 enabling oscillating motion, a grinding wheel 4 which grinds the tip part of the drill, oscillation grinding parts 5, 6, 7, and 22 which hold the grinding wheel 4 swingingly, and oscillation mechanisms 8, 19, 20, and 21 which oscillates the oscillation grinding part 22. Also the oscillation mechanism comprises a manual oscillation member including an oscillation lever 8 and automatic oscillation members 19 and 21 which oscillate the grinding wheel automatically by a motor 20. In addition, it is provided with the manual oscillation member 8 and clutch mechanisms 15 and 16 which switch over the oscillation motions by the automatic oscillation members 19, 20, and 21.
