To provide a drilling apparatus and a regrinding method of a drilling tool excellent in practicability which can reduce a drilling cost in the manufacturing of a printed circuit board.

In the drilling apparatus including a spindle 3 for holding the drilling tool 2, a work mounting part 4 to which a work 1 is mounted and a drive mechanism for moving the spindle 3 relatively to the work mounting part 4, a drilling tool 2 which is required to be reground or cannot be used any more can be replaced with the other drilling tool 2 accommodated in a tool accommodating part 5 arranged within a range that the spindle 3 can move relatively to the work mounting part 4. In a range where the spindle 3 can move relatively to the work mounting part 4, a regrinding part 6 for regrinding the drilling tool 2 is formed.
