To provide a drilling device which effectively applies radiant heat generated by a simulated to a liquid fuel, enables supposing a case where the liquid fuel leaks on the ground and is excellent in reliability and safety.
This drilling device is provided with a fuel supplying means 24 which supplies a liquid fuel F, a distributing means 4 which is connected with the fuel supplying means 24 and has a nozzle 10 and an ignition means 7 which ignites the fuel F. Further, this drilling device is featured in that a recessed part 1 whose upper surface is opened is disposed, the distributing means 4 is disposed leaving a prescribed space from the bottom surface of the recessed part 1 and a radiant heat absorbing and imparting means 11, which blows out the liquid fuel F from the nozzle 10 toward the space and receives the radiant heat of the simulated fire at the space between the bottom surface of the recessed part 1 and the distributing means 4 and applies the radiant heat to the liquid fuel F blown out of the distributing means 4, is disposed.
