Abstract:
To dissolve a problem that a number of processors for aiming at a drilling position is loaded to the worker, the frequency of a work to treat oil from a container is high, and a trouble exists in the control of automatic drill lowering in drilling a container containing oil.
A mechanism to facilitate drilling aiming is situated in simple structure using a single laser. Further, a recovering mechanism 15, situated below a clamp mechanism 6 is recover a flammable material and an oil recovering mechanism 16 are provided. Further, a step is provided to remove impurity or a troublesome material from liquid recovered during drilling or a flammable material.
