PURPOSE: To prevent the detection in photographing by installing a vacuum cylinder for sucking chips and arranging light sources in an annular form in the vacuum cylinder, as for a device which takes a photograph of a drilled mark on a drilled plate and carries out drilling by a twist drill according to the detected drilling mark.
CONSTITUTION: A drilling device is equipped with a CCD for taking a photograph through a lens cylinder 2a having a plurality of lenses 5 inside, and carries out drilling by vertically moving a twist drill 1, aiming at the drilling center of a drilling mark 4 which is printed on a drilled plate 3 which is photographed. In this case, a vacuum cylinder 6 connected with a suction pump, etc., through a vacuum hose 7 is arranged in a vertically movable manner at this lower edge of the lens cylinder 2a, and the supporting arm 11 of an elevator mechanism is installed at the lower part of the vacuum cylinder 6. Light sources 8 consisting of LEDs are arranged over the whole periphery of the inner peripheral surface on the upper part aperture side in the vacuum cylinder 6. Accordingly, chips are surely removed, and the lighting free from the generation of shadow is obtained, and erroneous detection is prevented.
