Abstract:

Drilling device comprises a pipe hopper (30) arranged above a drill drive unit (11) and a drill pipe (6) detachedly connected to a drive shaft (19) of the drill drive unit below the drill drive unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a drilling column in the ground using the above drilling device. Preferred Features: The hopper is connected to a carriage (22) and rotates relative to the drill pipe. The hopper axially slides opposite the carriage. A sensor measures the level in the hopper.
