PURPOSE: To drill and face a workpiece simultaneously without clogging due to chips for improving efficiency of operation by mounting a facing blade on the lower end of a facing blade holding arm obliquely downward correspondingly to the facing angle against the lead of a drill.

CONSTITUTION: A facing blade holding arm 4 extending vertically downward is provided on a drill sleeve 2, and a blade mount 4a is provided on the lower end of the arm 4. A facing blade 3 is secured fixedly to a shunk 3a of the blade on the slant lower end of the blade mount against the lead 1a of a drill 1. While a workpiece is drilled by a drill 1 through rotating the drill sleeve 2, while facing is carried out simultaneously by the blade 3.
