Abstract:
To provide a small-sized and light-weight drilling force generation apparatus.SOLUTION: A drilling force generation apparatus 4 configuring a drilling machine 1 for civil engineering work includes an output shaft 15, a motor 16 that rotatably drives the output shaft 15, a hammer 17 that strikes the output shaft 15, a spring 18 that gives a striking force to the hammer 17, and a transmission mechanism 19 that repeatedly transmits a rotational movement of the output shaft 15 so as to become a storage movement and an output movement of the spring 18. The output shaft 15 is repeatedly struck by the hummer 17 while rotating. Therefore, by connecting a drilling rod 14 to the output shaft 15 and operating the motor 16 while pressing the drilling rod 14 against a drilling target S such as a ground or a wall surface by the drilling machine 1, a hole can be efficiently formed in the drilling target S with rotation and striking of the output shaft 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
