Abstract:
To accurately form a hole 3 in a hole punching process on a slope 5 formed by press molding without having a blade damage of a punch 13 and sliding of the punch.SOLUTION: A hole punching method comprises the steps of: forming two through holes 7 which face each other in an inclination direction of a slope 5 and form partially the peripheral edge parts of the hole 3 on a blank material before press molding; forming the slope 5 by press work of the blank material; and performing a piercing process by the punch to connect two through holes facing each other in the direction of the slope 5 in the pressing condition to form the hole 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
