Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently drill a hole through an inorganic material such as ceramic and other materials which are difficult to machine.
CONSTITUTION: Vertical movement of a spindle 34 to which a drill 35 is fitted is performed by two air cylinders A, B opposingly provided, and drilling of a hole is performed by repetition of variation-control and release of pressurizing force applied from the drill 35 to a work 38.
