Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a drill hole formable so efficiently without entailing any damage to an inner wall of the hole.
CONSTITUTION: In drilling formation, a punch drill 12 is set up there, and a cutter 22 is rotated by a driving motor 18, thus a slot 28 is formed up, whereby a cylindrical part 30 separated from a body 10 is formed on the outer circumferential part by means of this slot 28. Next, is provided each auxiliary drill hole 32 whose one part is superposed at a lower part of the slot 28 is provided and a separator 34 is inserted into each drill hole 32. This separator 34 has a body part 36 in a form made up of halving the cylinder, and a pair of pistons 38 set up on a flat plane of this body part 36, and these pistons 38 are attached retractably in the radial direction of the body part 36. When a setup of this separator 34 is all over, hydraulic pressure is fed to it from the outside, projecting the pistons 38, and thereby the axial connection of the cylindrical part 30 is parted by dint of pressing force of the pistons 38. Subsequently a drawer jig 46 is set and the cylindrical part 30 is drawn out in the axial direction by a winch 48.
