Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the efficiency and safety of drilling and shield tube inserting work by moving a drilling device into a drilling and shield tube inserting work position and a stand-by position, and moving a shield tube inserting device into a work position and a position of receiving a shield tube from delivery mechanism.
SOLUTION: A drilling device 55 is moved into a drilling and shield tube inserting work position (a) and a stand-by position by a hydraulic cylinder 75, and a shield tube inserting device 65 is moved into a working position (a) of receiving a shield tube 64. The shield tube 64 gripped by a shield tube gripper 71 of the shield tube inserting device 65 is correctly aligned to a hole opened by the drilling device 55. Telecameras are arranged around a work room of a caisson and a drilling machine, and a control device is installed outside of the work room. The working state of the drilling device 55 and shield tube inserting device 65 is photographed, and this work information is sent to the control device so as to remote control the respective movable parts of the drilling machine, the drilling device 55, a shield tube stock device 34 and the inserting device 65. Work can thereby be performed efficiently and safely even at the time of sinking the caisson to the great depth.
