To provide a drilling tool which does not require manual change of the position of a fulcrum of a punch and by which the position of the fulcrum is automatically moved to positions suitable for drilling and for stroking by handle operation.
A fulcrum adjusting tool 8 includes a long hole 9. A rotating shaft 7A of a crank rod 7 is slidably supported in the long hole 9. The fulcrum adjusting tool 8 is arranged between the crank rod 7 and a swing handle 6. One end part side of the long hole 9 is arranged in a position overlapping with an axial center of the swing handle 6 in drilling. This position is a drilling fulcrum 9A of the rotating shaft 7A. Another end part side of the long hole 9 is arranged in a position obliquely separated when a drilling punch 4 slides and moves farthest. This position is a mobile fulcrum 9B of the rotating shaft 7A. A return mechanism 10 applies a load so that the rotating shaft 7A returns to the mobile fulcrum 9B. When the swing handle 6 is rotated to a fixed handle 2 side against the load of the return mechanism 10, the rotating shaft 7A moves to the drilling fulcrum 9A.
