Title:
DRILLING TOOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3230148
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a sliding phenomenon occurring in the fitted part between a blade part and a shank part at the time of manufacturing or cutting, by forming a recessed part in a portion positioned in the hole of the blade part.
SOLUTION: When a tip cutting edge or a chip discharging groove, etc., are formed by cutting in a drill part 11, or drilling is made into a printed base board by a manufactured miniature drill 10, stress is applied in a direction for drawing the dril part 11 from a shank part 12 (longitudinal direction), or in a peripheral direction. Then, a force, being relatively slid on the outer peripheral surface of the rear side portion 11a of the drill part 11, is applied to the inner wall 14a of a round hole 14 in the round hole 14; but sliding in the longitudinal direction of the drill part 11 is restrained, also to restrain sliding in the peripheral direction by the ridge part between a tilted surface 13b and the drill part outer peripheral surface, thereby causing no relative position slippage of the drill part 11, because the outside end edge 13c of the standing surface 13a in the grove part 13 of the drill part 11 is caught by the wall inner 14a of the round hole 14 at that time.
