To provide a drink can container with an additive, capable of simply adding an additive such as milk contained in a can container to canned coffee or the like immediately before drinking the canned coffee or the like.
The drink can container with an additive is made of a metallic material such as aluminum and steel; and its container main body 5 comprises a cylindrical body portion 1, a bottom 2 for closing a lower end of the body portion 1, a lid 3 for closing an upper end of the body portion 1, and a pull-tab 4 for forming a mouthpiece in the lid 3. In this container main body 5, a concentrically protruding stepped portion 6 protruding upward is formed integrally with the lid 3 of the container main body 5. An upper end of a push rod 11 for a breaking member 7 is fixed to a rear face of a top surface of the protruding stepped portion 6, and a blade 13 fixed to a lower end of the push rod 11 is positioned in a containing portion 8 of a small-sized container whose flange 9 is bonded to a rear face of the lid 3 located on the periphery of the protruding stepped portion 6.
