Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare the subject drink having excellent taste, flavor and low- temperature preservability without generating the coagulum of cacao fat and useful as cocoa drink, etc., by using a propylene glycol fatty acid ester as a component.
CONSTITUTION: The objective drink contains preferably 0.03-0.1wt.% (based on the cacao fat-containing drink) of a propylene glycol fatty acid ester.
