To provide a delicious health drink compounded with vinegar known as a health-promoting food, especially wine vinegar, in contrast with the common sense that a drink compounded with wine vinegar is impracticable owing to the characteristic acetic acid odor and taste of wine vinegar to disable the drinking of the vinegar even in diluted state.

This drink is produced by compounding 5-20 ml/100 ml, of wine vinegar, 10-60 ml/100 ml of concentrated wine having an alcohol content of ≤1% and 20-85 ml/100 ml of purified water or it is produced by compounding 5-20 ml/100 ml of wine vinegar, 10-60 ml/100 ml of concentrated wine having an alcohol content of ≤1%, 1-6 ml/100 ml of wine and 14-84 ml/100 ml of purified water.
