PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser comprising a foam generation chamber capable of efficiently forming fine foam, and adjusting a pouring amount of foam and beverage.SOLUTION: The beverage dispenser comprises: a beverage container for storing sparkling beverage; a beverage pouring hole; a foam pouring hole; a down tube for pouring the sparkling beverage stored in the beverage container to the outside; an internal space formed into an almost rectangular parallelepiped shape; a foam generation chamber 137 having an inflow orifice 1373 for pouring the sparkling beverage to the internal space and an outflow orifice 1374 for pouring the sparkling beverage which is in a bubbled state from the internal space; a beverage pouring duct for pouring the sparkling beverage from the beverage pouring hole; a foam pouring duct for pouring the sparkling beverage from the foam pouring hole through the foam generation chamber; an opening/closing part for opening and closing passage of the sparkling beverage which passes the beverage pouring duct and foam pouring duct; and a pouring lever for operating the opening/closing part. The internal space of the foam generation chamber is closed from the outside, other than in the inflow orifice and outflow orifice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
