This drink or food containing cow milk or a milk constituent generating no light-triggered off-flavor is characterized by being obtained through subjecting a drink or a food containing cow milk or a milk constituent to a heat treatment at 140°C for 30-120 s or under a heat treatment condition equivalent to the above condition.
