Abstract:
PURPOSE: The titled drink of soft type having eliminated an irritating flavor of acetic acid, obtained by blending acetic acid with ethanol and sweetener in such a way that contents of acetic acid, ethanol and sucrose calculated from degree of sweetness are in specific ranges.
CONSTITUTION: Acetic acid is blended with ethanol and a natural or synthetic sweetener (e.g., saccharide), and, if necessary, a fruit or a treated material of it (e.g., fruit such as strawberry, apple, etc. or its fruit juice) in such a way that contents of acetic acid, ethanol, and sucrose calculated from degree of sweetness are in a range enclosed with AWG in the figure.
