PURPOSE: To eliminate such irritation as being allowed to wait until delivery after order by executing centralized control by a receiving counter with regard to a flow rate of a drink of each chamber and its amount of money.

CONSTITUTION: Supply tubes 3 of a drink installed between a drink tank 1 and an injection nozzle 4 provided in each chamber 2 are installed by the number corresponding to the kind of the drink. Also, by a flow meter 5 of each chamber 2 installed on the way of the supply tube 3, the use quantity of each drink is measured, a cooling/heating instrument 6 for cooling or heating the drink is installed on the way of the supply tube 3 connected to each chamber 2, and moreover, on a display device 7 insutalled in each chamber 2, the kind of the drink, the use quantity and the amount of money are displayed. In such a state, this device is provided with a flow rate counter of each chamber installed in a receiving counter 9 and an interlocking POS/register system 8, an also, a signal circuit 10 of the flow meter for connecting the display device 7, the flow meter 5, the flow rate counter and the interlocking POS/register system 8.
