When a cover 1 is closed, a claw 10 of a clamp 9 is inserted and pushed in a vertical groove inlet 5a of a dial. The claw 10 engages with a horizontal groove in the dial, and fixes the cover 1 to a medicine box 2. When the cover 1 is opened, the dial is rotated, and is moved, for example, to noon from the morning. Then, the claw 10 moves to the horizontal groove outlet side in the engaged horizontal groove, and engagement of the claw 10 is released, and the cover 1 is pushed up and opened. For example, the morning, noon and the night equivalent to two days are divided and displayed on the dial. A weekday board 8 whose gear is interlocked with the dial is arranged in the medicine box 2, and a weekday display can be automatically changed according to rotation of the dial. By this constitution, since the display is changed in order every time when the cover 1 is opened and closed, forgetfulness of drinking can be prevented by confirming the display.
