The adhesive layer 4 for adhering the lower end of the waterproof sheet 3 installed on a wall surface is formed on the outdoor surface of the fixing piece 1 of the drip foundation A in the lateral direction. The releasing sheet 5 is removably pasted on the entire surface of the adhesive layer 4. A separating line 6 for vertically separating the releasing sheet 5 is formed over the entire lateral length of the releasing sheet 5 in such a manner as to extend through a position where a fixing device 8 for fixing a drip piece 2 on a foundation 7 is driven. By releasing the releasing sheet 5 from the adhesive layer 4 while separating vertically along the separating line 6, the releasing sheet 5 can be quickly peeled off over the entire length without allowing the releasing sheet 5 to be broken at the portion thereof where the fixing device 8 is located.
